This form of payment is immediate, convenient and secure. When you complete your order, our payment gateway communicates with your bank to authorize and process the payment. Dena does not receive this data or have access to it.
An order by card can be paid within one hour of confirmation. After that time, if payment does not arrive, the order will be automatically canceled.
For payments made by card, for security and compliance with PSD2 regulations, your bank establishes a process by which it will send you a code to your mobile phone to complete the payment, (by SMS or notification), in order to authorize your purchase.
For subsequent purchases, our system may remember your card details, indicating that you wish to save the card details when making the first purchase. If you want to deactivate this functionality, you just have to access the “Linked Cards” section of your user account and delete the corresponding card.
