Orders & Purchases

As soon as the order leaves our warehouses, you will receive a confirmation email so that you can track the shipment directly on the carrier’s website (Please note that shipping information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website). Remember to check your purchase confirmation email for the expected delivery date (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days).

You can check the status of your order at any time from My Account or, if you made the purchase as a guest, from My Orders .

We are very sorry that you received your order damaged.

It is very important that if you notice that the packaging or box is damaged, you reject the order from the carrier, indicating this reason on the delivery note.

If you notice any incident during delivery or detect any anomaly in the product, please contact us so that we can help you within the first 24 hours after receiving the product.

If your orders are not yet prepared , by entering the same address information and choosing the same payment option, you form one single package and by this way, you won’t pay extra shipping fee

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Find more information about auth holds.

The most common reasons an order might be canceled are:

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

Changes in already registered accounts can only be made through the help of  our call center. If you haven’t ordered any product on the payment page , by clicking the “Change The Shipping Address” button, you can enter your address and complete your shopping. If you want to change your address information after you have completed your shopping, you can cancel your orders from the ‘My Orders’ section and you can re-order with your correct address information. You can also change your address information by calling our call center.

Account

You can modify your personal data by accessing My Account in the Personal Data section. 

You can access the My Account section and from the Change Password option you can modify it. Remember that the password must meet the following criteria:
 
  • Between 8 and 15 characters.
  • Contain at least one letter and a maximum of 4 identical letters.
  • Maximum 3 consecutive identical letters or numbers.

We are sorry to hear you want to leave… To deactivate your account you must access My Account and from the Personal Data section select the Delete Account option.

Returns & Refunds

If your order is not yet sent by cargo, you can cancel your order from ”Order tracking” section . If your order has  been  sent  already  to you,  but  you want to cancel it,  you can send it back to us within 14 days after you have received the product.

You can return all your purchases within the withdrawal period, except for:
Customized products (PC configurator, case configurator, etc.)
Personal hygiene items (epilators, trimmers, razors, toothbrushes, etc.), software, games, CDs/DVDs and movies that do not have their original packaging intact and unsealed.
Products activated by numeric or alphanumeric code.
Books (physical)
Please note that both the product and its accessories must be in perfect condition at the time of return.
Also, don’t forget that if the product you are returning is a smartphone, tablet, smartwatch or scooter, you must unlink it from your account before making the return, so the process will be much more agile.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes, all published prices always include Value Added Tax.

For orders through Dendaa, you can use credit/debit card, COD, Visa, bizum or PayPal payment methods.

If upon receiving your device it shows any difference in brand, model or condition from the initial assessment, we will send you an email indicating the change so you can accept or reject the new assessment. If the new assessment is rejected, we will return the device free of charge.
